Hat's are best worn at a jaunty angle. Science has proved it!
Nice pic. Do you mind if I do some constructive criticism? Either way- nicely done on the pipe, and the clover looks good too.

Well, anything for science! X3
...and I adore any critiques I can get - art is the practice of constantly learning from one's mistakes, after all. ;D
Be brutal - I can take it. >83

*whew* I've met some artists (in the sense of creators, not just people who draw) who can get defensive of their work, so I always ask first. Well, I would say, try and get the smoke more transluscent- if you can make it look somewhat seethrough (perhaps with hatching/crosshatching?) it could be awesome.
Also, minor thing, but it seems like the stage right side of his face is lifted/tilted slightly, especially the eye.

Hrmmmm...the smoke might be a challenge, since it really doesn't pass in front of anything to show off that translucence...but you've inspired me - I'll mess around with it and see what I can do. ;3 Now...stage right is our left...you sure you mean that one? 'Cause that right eye there has been bugging me all day...it looks like it's floating away. XD

...Cripes. I need to pay better attention. Ramen distracted me. *blah* Yeah, I think you know what I'm talking about. Just pretend what I said made sense, kay?

I noticed you've got a hint of color in there- looks nice, but a little off-balance. You might want a bit color on the right side of the pic to balance. Maybe the eye, or a glow from the pipe?

Well, I only wanted one thing, the lucky shamrock, to have color - kind've almost as a little hint, or a nod to its symbolism...do you think that lightening it more might help with the balance? Coloring something else would kinda take away the point of coloring at all. ^^' EDIT: Hey - played around with some of the adjustments you suggested - how's it looking? 83

I think the jawline needs to be adjusted a little, but yeah, this is better.
As for the coloring- the issue is with balance. The clover is just a bit too far to the left- try moving it more towards the center of the hat/picture?

Quick question; are you Irish? ^_^
I like the drawing, though. Mostly well-drawn, and it's a very good likeness of a tiger (the broad neck and shoulder help reinforce the impression). The splash of colour is nice, although I'm drawn between agreeing and disagreeing with darkdaemon on the balance of it.
Also, I've long dreamt of the day I'd see a tiger smoke a pipe. ^_^

I look forward to seeing it. =^^= As for Tuna, I agree that the green is too far to the left =/ Other then that, it looks really nice :3 Well, that's that - I'm flipping the clover over to the right. ;3 Heh, things like this make me want to learn how to draw... DO EEET! I've only been drawing for a year, and not really working very hard at it. XD BIG TUNA! Oh lordy...the grief I've caught since he started using that nickname. But I guess sharing a name with Jim isn't so bad. X3 Oh! A big THANK YOU to everyone for their compliments and advice - I really appreciate it. <3

Ah, that - I redrew it like six times and was never happy with it. As much as I love drawing anthros, muzzles are the bane of my existence. x.x Suggestions? :3
